Parker was appointed Hyzon CEO in March 2023, after previously serving as President and interim CEO, and Chief Strategy Officer.
His experience spans traditional energy, decarbonization/energy transition, infrastructure, and transportation, and he has served clients and led operations across four continents, 15+ countries, and 25+ U.S. states.
Parker most recently held full P&L responsibility for a nationwide 900-person, $150M revenue design and construction management business in the infrastructure, water resources, and energy transition/climate
change end markets within TRC, a 6,000-person, $1 billion revenue firm.
Prior to TRC, he was a partner with McKinsey & Company, where he was a global leader in McKinsey’s energy and capital productivity & infrastructure practices. Additionally, he was the managing
partner of McKinsey’s Houston office.
Parker has a BS in electrical engineering from Columbia University, an MBA from Rice University, and he serves on the advisory board for Rice University’s chemical engineering department.
